Great day on the water!

12/19/10 Roy and I went out fishin for a few hours in the Laguna. We ran into some Reds, Hundreds of Black Drum and a few Trout also. It was good seein all of them Drum and knowing the Drum population is doin great! Good memories!! See ya on the water, Capt. John

Thanksgiving on Baffin Bay

We took a trip to Baffin Bay for Thanksgiving weekend and caught several trout from 15-18"s and lots of sheepshead! We caught our Trout around Kleberg Point and the Sheepshead by the Tide Guage using live shrimp. We had a great time and the girls did awesome catchin piggys on handlines for bait at night! Morgan even caught a trout from one of the piggys she caught! Great memories!! See ya on the water, Capt. John

Oct 31st 2010 This was a nice day out on the water with some friends just relaxin!!! We caught alotta fish and enjoyed the day... Derrick had the world record smallest trout and Roy caught the world record fattest rat red!!! See ya on the water, Capt. John

Saturday 10/24/10 We had a great day on the water catchin! Mrs Keller had the hot rod but together they ended up with two limits of Redfish a black drum and one keeper trout. Labor Day Catfishin!

Sept. 3-6th 2010 We took a fishin trip to the Guadalupe River with family and friends. We ended up catching 40 catfish and all of them weighed 5-9lbs "We threw back several of the smaller 1 and 2 pounders". All of the cats were Big Ol Blue Cats except for one "Flat head" Yellow Cat that weighed 9lbs. We caught them using finger mullet on limb lines and had a huge fish fry sunday after noon!!! We made some great memories and filled the freezer full of blue cat.... We were runnin low!!! We Will See Ya on the water! Capt. John

Baffin Trip with the Pitmon's!!!

Heres Bill Pitmon and his wife Kaci with a couple of good eatin size trout. They caught these trout while fishin down in Baffin with me last Friday. The day started off with fast action, "Keeper trout on the first cast" then the bite slowed down after 10am. We were still able to bring some keepers on board after lettin go a bunch of smaller fish. Heres what happens when you take a break and put on some sunblock..... This was a 27" Trout caught by a 7 year old. He was putting on sunblock when the trout hit but he was able to get it on the boat and then release it after a few pics! Great job!! See ya on the water, Capt. John
