Land Cut Trip "Bradley Motors"

Gotta Love fishin December in the Land Cut! Alex Trevino from Bradley Motors along with Kenny and Terry and I went down to the Land Cut and caught fish after fish on live shrimp under an alameda rig. Not all of em were keepers but all three of them lost count of how many fish they caught a piece. Thats a good day of catchin in my book!! Kenny wound up snaggin the biggest trout of the day with his 21" Mustard Mouth and "Wayne" Alex caught the next biggest with his big ol bruiser sheeps head! Terry had em both on the number of fish he caught. Thanks for fishin with me again guys I really enjoyed it and look forward to the next trip! See ya on the water, Capt John

Arroyo City Huntin

11/22-11/27 We did some huntin while we were down in Arroyo City. We wound up gettin a Mottle with a band some beautiful pintails along with redheads, buffleheads, blue bill and a few that I missed. I stuck a huge cow Nilgai while bow huntin the Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge! Great memories!! Cant wait to do it again....

Arroyo Colorado

11/22-11/27 Took a little vacation from Baffin and I took the family down to Arroyo City. We caught lots of nice trout right from the dock of our cabin we rented. Great Fishin and Huntin Trip!!! Will post Huntin pics soon....

Duckin Around

11/12/11 The wife and I went out Duckin around.... We got 2 pintails, 2 Gadwall, 1 Green Winged Teal and a Merganzer. Alicia didn't have her Federal Duck Stamp so she volunteered to be the retriever!! Great memories and a damn good DINNER! See ya on the water, Capt. John

Team effort Grand Slam!

11/11/11 We had agreat trip to Baffin/Land Cut! Buuba, Lisa and Megan took the cold ride down and fished hard to get a Team Texas Grand Slam! Megan had all the lady luck and brought in her limit of Drum quick from the Land Cut. We went after some Reds and Flounder and found a few in Baffin before we headed home. Lil bit of everything!
